2. The Recipient acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to present additional charges during the delivery process, and the Recipient agrees to pay such charges.

Refund Policy

1. The Company agrees to refund the Recipient in full for all charges paid during the delivery process, provided that the package is delivered successfully and the Recipient has complied with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. The refund will be processed through the Company’s finance website at the end of the delivery process.
3. The Recipient acknowledges that the refund will be made in the original payment method used to pay the charges.

Conditions for Refund

1. The Recipient must have paid all charges in full during the delivery process.
2. The package must have been delivered successfully to the Recipient’s designated address.
3. The Recipient must have complied with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. The Recipient must have not disputed any charges or fees associated with the delivery process.

Refund Process

1. The Company will process the refund within [timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days] after the package has been delivered successfully.
2. The Recipient will receive an email notification from the Company once the refund has been processed.
3. The Recipient can track the status of their refund through the Company’s finance website.

Governing Law

Entire Agreement

The Recipient is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the package and its delivery. The Recipient is also responsible for paying all charges associated with the delivery process.

Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without notice.
